Some poker tactics will amaze you with their simplicity. This is sample. Jot down your outcomes, every single time you play.

Chapel of holdem Psalm #four:

Thou must record thy wins and your loses; for it is the sum total of all a mans accomplishments which create his or her bottom line.

How detailed is your decision. I usually consider that hourly specifics and that kind of personal information is not needed. Basically work out how much up you are and how much (if anything) you’ve withdrawn. Of course, if you do not win, record that too, no matter how much it it might pain you.

Do not forget to note what style of game you’re wagering on, if that’s crucial to you. (In my experience, most folks hold to what they know and don’t try something they do not know. If all you note is up, down and withdrawals, you are light years in front of a majority of players around!)

Bestow on yourself achievable goals, like a ‘dream’ goal (new auto, get-a-way or anything else). When you withdraw, mark the $$$$$ withdrawn to your dream counter. The more successful you are, the nearer that goal will be!
